6. Founder Submissions and Confidentiality

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JADE WOODS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JADE WOODS, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
